Portfolio of Work
BAFTA Training
BFI Academy Alumni which led to shadowing a festival nominated director; Annie Griffin, on the set of the BBC3 drama Together in 2015. Vital experience on a professional TV set where punctuality and communication were required.
Music Videos
Experience shooting music videos including Four Colour Ghosts - Freak (2016). Further experience filming live gigs including a band called Lost State of Dance and a performance of the Royal British Legion. Teamwork and organisation were required to ensure all camera angles are covered.
Narrative Films
RTS and Newcastle Film Festival nominated film Cirque du Muerte (2017). Using a Panasonic P2 camera for this particular film was challenging and involved a lot of planning and problem solving. Experience filming a lot of other narrative films, available on request.

Corporate Work
Three corporate videos for Wynyard Hall showcasing their Gardens, Events and Restaurant. Filmed on Blackmagic and Sony FS7 cameras to a high quality. Shot and edited over a long period of time (2016-17) to ensure quality. Also edited on Avid and colour graded on Davinci.
BFI Film Academy
BFI Academy Alumni (2014-15) which later led to BAFTA training. Working with local companies in the area including Kids for Kids UK, Capture Films and Quay Animation Studios. Research was vital for this project as well as a clear vision.
Adverts
Series of adverts for a leisurewear company called Pink. Filmed on Blackmagic cameras and used for their marketing on Instagram (2016). An intense day of filming and required improvisation.
Live Streaming
Live Streams that have been broadcast to YouTube in 2016. Filmed in a studio environment with three cameras, vision and sound mixing. Quick thinking, communication and problem solving were required such as when camera feeds cut out.
Mentors
Camera operator for Strangers on the Shore: Hounds of Whitby (2016) with award winning filmmaker Maxy Bianco, who has made films for the BFI and Channel 4. Gaining experience from industry professionals is invaluable.
Recording Live
Experience with filming live concerts such as Lost State of Dance and a live charity gala for the Royal British Legion at Billingham Forum (2016). Required planning, teamwork and quick thinking if the act changes and planning for what shot is due next.
Education
I have a BA(Hons) degree in Creative Film and Moving Image Production, specialising in cinematography. As well as A Levels in Film and Media.
